Getting an IRS letter can be scary — but most audits are straightforward once you understand the process. At Zero Fluff Books, we don’t act as your CPA or EA. Instead, we walk you through each step so you feel empowered to handle your own audit with confidence.

Notice Review - $49 per notice

  • Translate IRS notices into plain English

  • You'll know what the IRS is asking for, what documents they want, and the deadlines they set.

  • No audit strategies, tax, or legal advice - just clarity and the next steps already outlined in the notice.

Audit Document Prep

  • 1 year - $950

  • 2 years - $1,800

  • 3 years - $2,500

  • Rush fees: +20% if needed in <14 days; +30% if needed in <7 days

  • Assumes <300 transactions/month and 5 bank accounts.

  • Custom pricing available.

What this includes:

  • Client must provide the IRS Information Document Request (IDR).

  • We take the receipts, bank statements, and bookkeeping records you provide and put them into an IRS-ready package.

  • We explain the information so you understand what is being presented.

  • It is the client’s (or their authorized representative’s) responsibility to provide the information to the IRS.

Meeting Support

  • $79/hour (2-hour minimum) + $150 required prep fee

  • Prep = document review only (not record organization)

  • Available virtually or in person (within 2 hours of Orlando, FL)

  • Travel beyond that radius = additional costs (travel, meals, lodging if needed)
