Built From the Inside Out

I started my federal career at 18. For fifteen years, I worked inside the systems that most business owners only encounter when something goes wrong. I left to build something different — a firm grounded in enforcement reality, built for business owners who want to be prepared, not just hope for the best.

Where It Started (2011 - 2021)

I entered federal service at 18 with the Transportation Security Administration, where I spent a decade learning how federal agencies evaluate risk, apply standards, and document decisions. I also earned a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Management during this time. Most people think of compliance as paperwork. Inside, it's a discipline — a systematic way of evaluating whether something holds up. That's the mindset I brought to tax enforcement, and the one I apply to every client file today.

Inside the IRS (2021 - 2025)

As a Revenue Agent in the IRS Small Business/Self-Employed Division, I examined federal tax returns, reviewed books and records, and assessed compliance positions for small businesses — the same type of clients I now serve. I was later selected for the Special Enforcement Program, handling cases that required elevated documentation standards and procedural precision. What I learned isn't theoretical. I know how examiners are trained to think, what they look for first, where cases expand, and what actually protects a taxpayer. That knowledge doesn't come from a textbook. It comes from running those cases.

Why I Left and What I Built

After years inside enforcement, the pattern was clear. Most business owners weren't trying to cheat the system. They just didn't have anyone in their corner who understood how the system actually works — how returns get selected, how examiners think, what documentation actually matters. I took the deferred resignation in February 2025 and built Zero Fluff Books to close that gap. As an Enrolled Agent — the highest credential the IRS awards — I now apply that same enforcement-trained standard to the other side of the table. Fewer clients. Higher accountability. One professional handling your file, start to finish.

The Zero Fluff Standard

No theatrics. No jargon. No inflated billing.

  • Clear scope

  • Flat-fee pricing

  • Documented processes

  • Defensible positions

  • Federal-first focus

I believe your money should be handled with discipline and transparency - and that the government should collect only what the law requires.

Nothing more. Nothing less.

The Bottom Line

You're not hiring a brand.

You're hiring federal enforcement experience applied to your books.
