Service Description
This short introductory call is designed to determine whether Zero Fluff Books is the right fit for your business. We will briefly discuss your business, your current bookkeeping or tax situation, and the services you may be looking for. The goal is to determine whether our firm’s approach and service model align with your needs. This call does not include tax advice, technical analysis, document review, or problem solving. If you have specific tax or compliance questions, please book a Business Compliance Consultation so we can review your situation in detail.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations must be scheduled in advance through the booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time using the booking confirmation link. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Consultation sessions provide general federal tax compliance guidance based on the information provided during the meeting. These sessions do not include tax return preparation, bookkeeping services, document review outside the session, or IRS representation. If additional services are required after the consultation, a separate engagement agreement will be required.
