Pricing (Payment Due Upfront)

Form 1040 (Federal Only) - $300

No Schedule C or Schedule E

Form 1040 + Schedule C and/or Schedule E - $450

Assumes one Schedule C and Schedule E
If only one Schedule C or Schedule E applies, pricing may be adjusted to $375
Additional Schedule C: $75 Each

Form 1120 - $1,350

Form 1120S - $1,150

Form 1065 - $1,1150

If your records are not sufficient to prepare an accurate return, we will recommend the Clean & File Package instead.

Who This Is For

This option is for taxpayers who need a full-year cleanup before a federal return can be prepared accurately.

Pricing (Split Payment)

Form 1040 + Schedule C and/or Schedule E - $1,200

Assumes one Schedule C and/or one Schedule E
Additional Schedule C: $300 each

Form 1120 - $2,450

Form 1120S - $2,100

Form 1065 - $2,450

Payment Structure:

50% due at engagement
Remaining 50% due prior to submission (before e-file)

Do you prepare state returns?

No. We prepare federal returns only.

Do you handle payroll tax filings (940/941)?

No.

Do you prepare sales tax returns?

No.

Do you handle multi-state situations?

Not at this time.

Will you respond to IRS notices or represent me?

No. We do not offer IRS representation at this time. We may help explain what a notice says, but responses or representation must be handled by you or your authorized representative.

How do I review my return before it's filed?

You'll received a draft copy for review and we'll schedule a video call to walk through it before filing.

Do you guarantee refunds?

No. Refunds or balances due are determined by tax law and information provided.

When is payment due?

Prep Only: payment is due upfront.

Clean & File: 50% due at engagement, 50% due before filing

How long does it take?

Turnaround time depends on complexity and how quickly documents are provided. We'll give you an estimate after intake.
